In addition to our dance programs, En L’air also offers barre, pilates, and yoga classes. These classes are offered weekly all year long and can be purchased in 5 or 10 class packages. Drop ins are also welcome for $12 per class. Class space is limited, so please register in advance for the class(es) you would like to attend each week by simply clicking on the register link in the schedules below. Barre, Pilates, & Yoga
Sculpt Fusion is a unique workout that seamlessly blends elements of barre, pilates, and yoga to sculpt, lengthen, and invigorate your muscles. Sculpt & Tone: Small but mighty movements are designed to isolate and target one muscle at a time. Build up your core, stand taller, and get stronger. Achieve a dancer physique with no dance experience needed.
Full Body Workout: This class is zero to low impact for your whole body. We will challenge and refine your arms, legs, glutes and core through body weight exercises. No equipment is needed, although most weeks will involve props like hand weights, ankle weights, loops, or stability balls.
Mind-Body Connection: Connect your movement to breath. Empower small muscles to work with larger muscles, improving body awareness, flexibility, and balance.
Please bring your own mat as the studio’s supply is limited. All Sculpt Fusion classes are offered in-studio as well as streamed virtually. Please register by 3 pm on the day of your evening class so we can anticipate the number of in person participants and email the link to those participating virtually. A credit card is required at registration.
Yoga Flow is a one hour vinyasa style yoga class where you will learn to connect your breath with movement.
Our instructor offers a full spectrum of poses focusing on proper alignment and its therapeutic benefits. You can expect sun salutations, forward folds, hip openers, shoulder openers, balancing, and backbends.
This class is for all levels. Modifications will be provided so no prior experience is necessary. Come ready to be inspired, sweat, and leave feeling a little bit lighter!
